Python Developer Ssr/Sr [Full Time]
This opening targets developers that are interested in working for the Faraday Team. Language-specific knowledge, development experience and technical curiosity will be valued. The position includes development and maintenance of the product.
Qualifications:
- Relevant experience with Python
- Experience with Linux-based operating systems
- Fluent in English
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with SQL, preferably Postgres
- Experience with SQLAlchemy, Flask, Marshmallow
- Good understanding of Git
- Good knowledge of agile methodologies

 Front-End / UI Developer Jr/Ssr [Full Time]
This opening targets developers that are interested in working for the Faraday Team. Language-specific knowledge, development experience and technical curiosity will be valued. The position includes development and maintenance of the product.
Qualifications:
- Relevant experience with HTML, CSS and JavaScript
- Experience with JS frameworks such as Angular or Ember
- Experience with Linux-based operating systems

Security Researcher Ssr/Sr [Full Time]
This opening targets Hackers that are interested in working for the Faraday Team. As one of our Testers you'll be a hugely important part of our integrated service delivery and be involved in different parts of the project, from scoping, to solutions design to downstream testing. Not only will you work on a variety of high-assurance clients but you'll also fulfil a variety of activities, from red teaming, enterprise penetration testing, the offensive elements of purple team engagements, social engineering, physical testing and stand-off electronic assessments.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute hacking knowledge to Faraday research projects
- Work with our young and motivated expert team on practical hacking projects
- Contribute design ideas to security systems and will help the greater community building security technologies
- Build up leading security expertise, lecture at conferences
Qualifications:
- You have a deep technical knowledge of mobile and web security, as well as, authentication schemes
- You ideally already have experience with cryptology or cryptanalysis
- Can read and break code in languages such as Python, Java, C# and NodeJS
- Can configure systems to be more attack-resistant
- You enjoy working in a dynamic and motivated team
- Fluent in English

Sales Executive [Full Time]
This position will be responsible for developing and maintaining b2b clients for the Faraday Team. Great communication skills and a willingness to learn and grow new skills is a must.
Responsibilities:
- Lead generation for possible commercial channels
- Knowledge about our Faraday platform and Information Security to be able to conduct demos and calls with clients
- Follow-up and closing of deals for commercial prospects
- Making, presenting and following-up on high-level proposals and tenders for Red Team Services
-Using our CRM to assist with administering day-to-day workflow
Qualifications:
- Relevant experience in IT Sales or IT Business Development
- Goal-oriented, driven, and with experience in networking with and influencing decision-makers at the C-Level
- Experience in opening doors to new opportunities
- Fluent in English

Customer Success Manager [Full Time]
This position will be responsible for developing customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty. Your job is to work closely with customers to ensure they are satisfied with the services they receive and to improve upon areas of dissatisfaction. Great communication skills and a willingness to learn and grow new skills is a must.
Responsibilities:
- Managing client accounts through their license's life cycle.
- Gathering and analyzing feedback and customer data to identify best practices and expand documentation.
- Creating policies and procedures that optimize the customer experience.
- Providing basic training on Faraday usage.
- Helping customers plan and understand the best ways to implement/utilize Faraday based on their needs or business plans.
- Identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Managing ticket response time and resolution according to our SLA.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English.
- Excellent communicator both orally and in writing.
- Highly organized. Strong attention to details.
- Technical aptitude and ability to learn software programs.
